One Home. One Approach.

Whole House Nutrition focuses on the health of the entire home, including people and their pets.

Humans, dogs, and cats all have different needs. But the same daily inputs shape our health, like food, sleep, stress, movement, sunlight, and environment.

When those inputs support the body, we feel better.
When they don’t, symptoms show up.

We work with individuals, pets, or both, supporting the body at a foundational level so it can do what it was designed to do: regulate, repair, and thrive.

Who Are We?

Johnna Devereaux leads Whole House Nutrition. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and has over a decade of experience as a Clinical Pet Nutritionist.

We practice Functional Nutrition, which means we look at the body as a whole, not as separate systems.

Symptoms are not the problem. They are signals.

Instead of trying to silence those signals, we ask why they are happening, then use nutrition and lifestyle changes to support the body back into balance.

What Do We Do?

We assess the full picture.

Health history, diet, daily habits, and environment are all considered. For humans, lab work may also be reviewed when available.

Then we connect the dots.

We look at how food, stress, sleep, movement, and environment interact, and how those patterns may be driving symptoms.

From there, we create individualized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed to support the body at its foundation.

We partner with you over time, adjusting as the body responds so progress is steady and sustainable.

Who Is This For?

This is for people who want a true partner in their health.

For those who want to understand what’s driving their symptoms, not just manage them.

For those who recognize that what goes into their bodies, and their pets’ bodies, shapes long-term health.

If you’re looking to build a healthier home from the inside out, this work is for you.

Commit to a healthier future.
